Our client is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to be based in Holborn London, this will be in an agile environment with a 50/50 split.
Our clients CRM international team has implemented a new CRM system, Intapp CRM, so experience with this type of system will be sought after. You will work closely with Intapp as a key member of the project team, to help configure the new system and champion Intapp CRM as their contact management and client intelligence solution.
What you will do:
• Champion OnePlace as our contact management and client intelligence solution, including fostering the user adoption and behavioral change required to maximize the benefits.
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as quality and segmentation of data, user adoption and usage rates, and set priorities accordingly on an ongoing basis.
• Further embed the system into our wider marketing, business development and client relationship activities. This includes working closely with key stakeholders and users to drive better e-marketing and business development targeting, and to identify and proliferate new ways to derive value from the system across our contact management and client development activities.
• Record and report on CRM successes and create case studies to illustrate and encourage best practice.
• Ensure GDPR compliance in our use of the system and data.
• Provide line management and guidance to three CRM team members.
• Together with colleagues in IT and the wider CRM team, manage/implement the roll out of key system upgrades, improvements and integrations as required.
Skills and Experience
• Demonstrable experience and achievement in CRM or related BD role(s).
• Extensive CRM systems experience (preferably a major CRM platform used in professional services).
• Sound understanding of client development and the wider BD/Marketing mix in a professional services environment.
• Degree educated or equivalent.
• Advanced MSOffice skills, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong team player with the ability to deal with people at all levels, and willing to offer advice and support colleagues.
• Understands stakeholders’ priorities and objectives and provides proactive solutions and manages expectations in line with these.
• Understands what is key in the ability to identify potential new business and client development opportunities.
• Strong project management skills.
