Lead .Net Developer – 5172

Our client is looking for a Lead .Net Developer to help bolster their vibrant and energetic development team in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

They have numerous projects ongoing and many in their infancy. You will be responsible in overseeing the development of .NET applications and websites and ensure that quality software is delivered according to specification, while the correct procedures are followed in-line with technical/business objectives and company strategy.

Essential Skills:

·C#
·SQL Server 2008 onwards
·ASP.Net
·HTML 5, CSS (including Bootstrap)
·JavaScript (including jQuery and other libs/frameworks)
·Deploying code (Team City - desirable)
·Excellent problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills:

·Angular JS
·Vue.JS
·Visual Basic 6
·Entity Framework 6 (Code First)
·Umbraco or similar open-source CMS experience
·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Responsibilities:

·Upgrading existing .NET websites and applications.
·Analysing system requirements
·Writing scalable code for .NET software applications.
·Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.
·Providing technical support for junior developers.
·Deploying functional websites, programs, and applications.
