IT Specialist – 5161

Our client is looking for an IT Specialist to join their team based in Braintree, Essex.

The client is looking for someone to provide IT Infrastructure support and proper management of their ERP system as they transition to a new company-wide management information system.

Main roles and responsibilities

• Desk/Laptop Management
• Management of PDQ-Software
• ATAV Support
• User Support on Desk/Laptops and Mobilephones
• Windows Server Admin
• AD Maintenance
• OS and Software, Patch updates
• IT-Documentation and maintenance
• US-SOX controls and maintenance
• Ordering of IT equipment
• Physical Management of IT equipment, including workstations
• Network Administration
• IT Support via Freshservice Filesystem
• Cooperate with AMETEK of Corp.IT
