Our client is seeking an experience 2nd Line IT Support Engineer-MSP, to be based in Finchley, London.

Our client is a rapidly growing and highly reputable Managed Services Provider (MSP) specialising in IT support, Cyber Security and VoIP Phone Systems.

Providing a high level of service at all times, you’ll install and administer Windows Server, VMware and Office 365, as well as plan and implement client-side IT, networking and security. You’ll seek to resolve all issues in a prompt and efficient manner, escalating any unresolved problems when necessary.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

· At least 2 years experience in an IT support role for an MSP
· At least 1 years experience in working with MS Windows Server
· Demonstrable knowledge and experience in administering Office 365
· Key Skills

The Support Engineer will have the majority of the following experience:

· Working for an established IT Managed Services Provider (MSP)
· Desktop support and troubleshooting
· MS Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS
· Office 365 (Business, Essentials, Premium, Advanced Threat Protection & Intune)
· Good knowledge of networking such as VPN, VLANs
· Proven remote network support experience
· A logical approach to problem-solving
· Excellent interpersonal skills with good time management

Technical experience in the following areas:

· Microsoft Desktop (7 / 8 /10) Operating Systems - (Essential)
· Microsoft Productivity Suites (Office 2013 / 2016) - (Essential)
· Administration of Microsoft Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016
· Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
· Virtual Technology (VMware vSphere, HyperV)
· Administration of Microsoft Exchange 2007 / 2010 / 2013
· Networking (WatchGuard Firewalls / Cisco Switches / HP Switches )
· Storage Solutions (EMC, Equallogic, PowerVault)
